Postage is charged at what it costs us to send, worked out by the weight of your whole order. Every piece on the site lists its weight, so you can work it out before you get to checkout.
Free postage, scaled to what you're sending
Lighter orders reach free postage sooner. A bracelet order gets there at $60, where a large sphere costs more to send and reaches it further up. It applies automatically at checkout.

Why the free thresholds differ
A bracelet and a two kilo sphere do not cost anything like the same to post, so a single free shipping figure would either be out of reach for small orders or lose us money on big ones. Tying the threshold to the weight band keeps it fair in both directions, and it means a couple of bracelets can reach free postage without a heavy order having to.
How pieces are packed
Crystals are heavy, hard and perfectly capable of breaking each other in transit, so everything is wrapped individually before it goes in the box. Anything with a point, an edge or a druzy pocket gets extra padding around it, and softer stones like selenite are packed separately from the rest.

Nearly everything in the shop is a single piece. If something in your order sells out between you adding it to the cart and paying, we'll get in touch rather than quietly substituting it for something else.
